The successful candidate has experience with common business practices such as eliciting requirements, mapping business processes, writing user stories, validating solutions, user acceptance testing, and facilitating virtual and in-person workshops. The candidate will be able to apply Salesforce business analysis best practices, guide collaboration between business stakeholders, act as a liaison between business and development teams, and understand the implications of various software development lifecycle methodologies.
The Salesforce Certified Business Analyst has the following experience:
- 2 years of Business Analyst experience, including demonstrated success owning and delivering business process improvements
